Prime are an explosive band from the east midlands / SHEFFIELD, uk.

they supported Electric Six at the o2 Academy in Sheffield, and indie classics Space and Dodgy, and Their debut single ‘To Be Or Not To Be’ was featured on Christian Carlisle’s BBC Sheffield radio programme, described by the host as “a great track.” Prime are rebellious and entertaining in equal measures.
the band decided to stop playing live, and their final show was in front of 700 people at the winding wheel, a listed hall in chesterfield, derbyshire after 4 years of solid gigging. the start of this year saw a digipak cd release of their compilation 'art/facts'. their next single is guitarist chris d. bramley's composition, "sorry", out in september 2021.
